How quickly will I receive my policy documents?
Most policy documents are issued within 24–48 hours. For visa applications, certificates can often be provided the same day once payment is confirmed.
Are your policies in English?
Yes. All policy documents, quotes, and claims assistance are available in English. This avoids the confusion many expats face when dealing with Spanish-only insurers.
Can I cancel my policy early?
In many cases, yes. Depending on the product, you may be charged for the whole policy as most policies are 12 month policies in Spain. We guide you through cancellation process.
Do you work during Spanish holidays?

Are premiums fixed or do they increase?

Yes. Both the Non-Lucrative Visa and Digital Nomad Visa require private medical insurance in Spain that includes full coverage, no co-pay, and no waiting periods.

No co-pay policies: Higher monthly cost but unlimited free visits – required for visas.

Car Insurance FAQs:
At the moment, we can only insure Spanish-registered vehicles. If your car is still on UK or EU plates, you will need to transfer it to Spanish registration before we can provide cover. Once your car is registered in Spain, we can arrange full insurance with roadside assistance and English-language support.
Does car insurance include roadside assistance?
Legally, yes – but most expats choose comprehensive cover for full peace of mind. This protects against theft, fire, damage and accidents.
In many cases, yes. if you have proof of no claims history from the UK, EU or other country we may apply discounts to your Spanish policy.
Our policies can include courtesy cars while your is being repaired. Rental Car Insurance is separate, but we can advise on travel insurance and insurance for rental vehicles.
Not immediately. Many expats drive on theirforeign driving license for the first 6 months after which Spain may require an exchange. We can insure you during this period.
