How the application runs

Timings depend on the consulate handling your file. No timescale is guaranteed.

1. You open a case in the portal and upload your admission documents
2. Your file is reviewed against the criteria for your course length
3. Translations and certificates are arranged in the right order
4. The application is assembled and submitted
5. The decision is issued and you collect the visa
6. For longer courses, you complete the residence card steps after arrival

What the fee does not cover

Indicative ranges for costs charged by others. Several apply only to courses of six months or more.
